CFDOIL2006 - CFD Workshop for the Oil Industry

	CFDOIL2006 - 2nd Latin American CFD Workshop for the Oil Industry Date: August 15-17, 2006 PETROBRAS, UFSC/SINMEC and ESSS' main objective for the realization of the 2nd Latin American CFD workshop Applied to the Oil Industry is to create a discussion forum to those interested (users and developers) in Computational Fluid Dynamics Software, specially the ones involved with applications related to the oil and gas industry.

	Participants and attendees will have the opportunity to get in contact with a broad range of oil industry fluid flow modeling and be acquainted with on-going research projects carried out not only in Brazil, but also in the whole Latin America. The following topics related to the oil industry are part of the Workshop: Risers, Fluidized Beds, Cyclones, HydroCyclones, Drilling Technology, Off-Shore Structures, Combustion, Distillation Columns, Gas and Oil, Pipelines, Reactors, Environmental flows, Reservoir Technology.
