scSTREAM is powerful structured grid CFD software that is used by many of the world's best known electronics companies for electronics thermal analyses. It is capable of directly importing a variety of native CAD formats, extremely fast meshing for large models containing hundreds of millions of cells, efficient high performance solver, heat path viewer, an optional optimizer, and much more.

In this seminar attendees will learn to solve thermal problems typically encountered during the electronics product design process. In addition to learning about the basic operation of scSTREAM, sessions will include radiation, periodic heating, thermal circuit model, and utilizing Gerber Data.

SC/Tetra is Cradle's flagship general purpose, unstructured grid CFD software. SC/Tetra is recognized for its robust preprocessor with integrated geometry repair tools, flexible and controllable hybrid grid generator, exceptionally fast meshing speed, powerful physical models, a fast and memory efficient solver, professional quality post-processing tools, and stand-alone viewer.

This seminar will cover the basic operations of SC/Tetra, geometry preparation and grid generation including CAD import and mesh refinement, checking validity, and advanced functions.
