Kyokuto Boeki Kaisha to Distribute AxSTREAM in Japan

News SoftInWay, a world leader in the development of flow path design software for axial and radial turbo-machinery, today announced that it has strengthened its worldwide sales and distribution network by completing an agreement with Kyokuto Boeki Kaisha, Ltd. (KBK) to provide distribution of its AxSTREAM™ Suite of Multi-disciplinary Design and Optimization software to the Japanese turbo-machinery industry.

“KBK has worked closely with major Japanese companies such as IHI, Toshiba and Mitsubishi for over 55 years,” said Mr. Kazunobu Otake, Senior General Manager of KBK’s Aerospace and Defense Systems Department. “They have said time and time again that they must achieve higher levels of efficiency in their designs. AxSTREAM™ will help them greatly in accomplishing this prime objective.”
