Flow Science Opens Office in China

News Flow Science Inc. announces the opening of an office in Shanghai, China for sales and support of its FLOW-3D computational fluid dynamics software.

The local company, FLOW-3D Trading (Shanghai) Co., has taken offices located at 138 Pudong Boulevard in Pudong New Area. FLOW-3D Trading is a limited liability company that is majority owned by Flow Science.

Autodesk Announces Intent to Acquire Moldflow for $297M

News Autodesk, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSK), a leader of design innovation software and technologies, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Moldflow (Nasdaq: MFLO), a leading provider of software solutions that allow designers to predict and optimize how plastic components will perform during each phase of the design and manufacture process.

The transaction will be structured as a cash tender offer for all the outstanding shares of Moldflow common stock, is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the second calendar quarter of 2008.
