Help Desk dedy writes "I'm a student and beginner in CFD modelling, I use AVL FIRE to create and analyse a gas engine model, I found some difficulties generating surface for an engine port with helical structure. I tried to create the surface in MechanicalDesktop Autocad 2002 and export it as IGES file, but when I opened the file on AVL Fire cad interface, some unnecessary surface like some work plane and surface which I had trimmed and deleted in MechDesk Autocad2002, appear again. And some part of my drawing moved. Any idea? please."
