Experience working in engineering projects for different industries such as: Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, Power Generation and Manufacturing, performing the following activities: •Several computational fluid dynamics designs, evaluations and analysis such as: Oil-gas separators, turbulence analysis, multiphase problems, mixing problems, meshing, optimization, conjugated heat transfer problems and airfoils drag analysis among others. •Revision and development of engineering products such as: pipe route, isometric drawing, data sheets, general specification for equipments and systems, material lists, among others. •Revision and development of detail engineering of static equipment, such as: Tanks (with fixed and self supported roof), pressures vessels, heat exchanger, oil- gas separator and pipe systems designs. •Supporting Process and instrumentation disciplines developing different products like: P&ID, PFD, mass and energy balances, designing basic products for civil discipline like water network and steel tanks roofs designs. •Design and evaluate: pumping system, piping networks (single and multiphase fluid flow), hydropneumatic systems, HVAC, air compressed system, effluent system, oil and gas pipeline, emulsion and fire suppressing systems. •Sizing and selecting equipment such as pumps, compressors and turbines for different process. •Piping designs, pipe and equipment stress analysis. •Address technical queries and respond to project delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution to the client’s satisfaction. •Designed and check drawing packages and forward to drawing office. •Conducted site visits to monitor construction and validate with specifications and design. •Provided technical product support to internal and external personnel as required. •Ensure documents are controlled in a consistent format and all changes are recorded accurately.
