Assisted my Graduate advisor for research and worked on my Graduate Masters’ thesis. Assisted Professors for Under-graduate Mechanical Engineering courses like Thermodynamics, and Introduction to Vehicle Aerodynamics. Graded tests and assignments, supervised students in labs, provided instructions in use of STAR CCM+. Masters’ Thesis: Study of DES and RANS flow over Simplified Car Body (Ahmed Body) for 35deg and 2deg slant angle. • Using CATIA v5 r16 for CAD modeling, ANSA for meshing, StarCCM+ for CFD simulations and EnSight for post-processing. • Compared current obtained computational results with experimental results. • Writing two publications based on current study.

Regular work included planning and scheduling of hammer dies, (i.e. Recut, Repair of existing dies and also manufacturing of new dies). Project on increasing die-life and decreasing cost per piece of axle-beam, and crankshaft dies, which resulted 4.5% reduction in cost and increasing the die-life by 2%.
