Today's engine designers are striving to develop low emission, high efficiency engines more rapidly and at a lower cost than ever before. Combustion models can be used to produce substantial savings in engine development cost and improved product quality. But, challenges in achieving these benefits often arise due to inaccuracies in the fuel model.

CD-adapco to Host Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Its Newly Renovated NY Headquarters

News In 1993, international engineering software company, CD-adapco purchased the 17,357 sq ft building where its Melville, NY Headquarters currently resides. Over the past year, the company completed a $3 million renovation to the interior and exterior of the building.

Two of the company’s founders, Steve MacDonald and Bill Wheeler have lived on Long Island since 1980. In 1987, adapco joined forces with the UK’s Computational Dynamics, Ltd. CD-adapco has come a long way since the early days and currently employs over 100 people in New York alone.
