Sign of the Times at SGI

Hardware In yet another indicator of the troubles at SGI, http://reality.sgi.com, a web server for SGI employees and their families, is being turned off August 15, 2001 after 7 years of operation.

It's too bad because this used to be a place to get games, source code, and irix tips from the great people who worked at SGI.

[Update] SGI announced that they have lost their President and CFO Hal Covert (term of office: two months) and that they will be reviewing their business plans after a disappointing fiscal quarter.
