Application Formula Electric Belgium introduces the Umicore Nova, simulated with NUMECA's FINE/Open.

Once again Formula Electric Belgium has taken on the challenge to design, develop and build an electric formula-style car in only nine months. They will participate in international competitions with other university teams from all around the world.

Woeber, Gantt, Wyman Win AIAA Best Paper Award

News Pointwise engineers Carolyn Woeber, Erick Gantt, and Nick Wyman were presented with the AIAA Meshing, Visualization, and Computational Environments Best Paper award at the 2018 AIAA Science and Technology Forum and Exposition (AIAA SciTech Forum) in Kissimmee, Florida on 9 January 2018.

Their paper, AIAA 2017-0363, Mesh Generation for the NASA High Lift Common Research Model (HL-CRM), described their efforts in generating different styles of computational meshes in support of the 1st AIAA Geometry and Mesh Generation Workshop.

News ADT's TURBOdesign v6.4 3DLab and Optima applications now generate and partition flow domains for import into the user's desired CFD tool when running with either TURBOdesign LinkCCM+ or ANSYS Workbench.
