News Flow Science, Inc. announces the opening of an office in Tokyo, Japan for sales and support of its FLOW-3D computational fluid dynamics software.

The local company, Flow Science Japan, Inc., has taken offices located in the NJ Tawaramachi Building at 1-3-15 Nishi Asakusa Daito-ku in Tokyo.

Virgin Racing Splits with CFD Technical Director

News Virgin Racing have axed technical director Nick Wirth following a disappointing start to their second season in Formula 1.

In a bid to cut costs, Wirth pioneered the use of computer technology, known as CFD, to design and develop their car. But the team have yet to score a point and the car remains four seconds off the pace.
