CD-adapco CD-adapco is pleased to announce that Donald Paul, the former Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Chevron will keynote the STARGlobalForum in Houston on June 23 and 24.

After 33 years at Chevron, Dr. Paul is now the Director of the University of Southern California Energy Institute, where he also holds the William M. Keck Chair in Energy Resources.

Rigid Body Motion Visualization in EnSight

Post Processing This tutorial illustrates how to use the rigid body motion feature in EnSight by taking a steady state solution result for a multiple rotating reference model, and adding in motion to the moving bodies.

This example uses measured data particles from the solver which, when combined with rigid body motion, improve the visualization of the movement of the geometry and the interaction of the particles in the flow field.
