OpenFlower (FLOW solvER) is a C++ open source Linux CFD code mainly intended to solve the turbulent incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with a LES approach. It can deal with arbitrary complex 3D geometries with its finite volume approach and multi-element grids. One of its main objectives is to give to the CFD community a plug'n play CFD software, easy to use and install (no complicated compilations needed since it is written in standard C++ and also comes along with binary version of the code for Linux).

SoftInWay, Inc., the developer of AxSTREAM - a powerful software suite that encompasses the complete engineering process of axial turbomachinery flow path design, will demonstrate pre-release 2.01 of AxSTREAM software during ASME Turbo Expo, Power for Land, Sea & Air, June 6-9 2005, Reno-Tahoe, Nevada.
Please visit booth #309 for demonstration.
The major new and weighty addition to this version is a set of solvers that allows performing rapid preliminary design of a Multistage Axial Compressor flow path as well as meanline analysis, cascades profiling, creation of airfoil 3D models, export of the models to CFD solvers, and generating of compressor maps.
