Fluent Inc., the world leader in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software solutions, has announced the release of Icepro 4.1, the latest version of its model clean up and import tool for electronics cooling analysis. Icepro 4.1 makes it easy to convert any CAD model into an efficient thermal model. Typically, CAD models are too detailed to be thermal modeling-friendly, so a conversion step is necessary and often tedious. Icepro 4.1 uses an intelligent and automated process to clean up CAD files and quickly make them suitable for thermal analysis in Fluent's Icepak(R) electronics cooling software.
