Announcements Mentor Graphics will host Fans 101 - An Introduction to Fans in Electronics Cooling Applications on 27th April 2017, 11am UK Time and 10am PST.

Fans are common in many electronics cooling applications though it may not be well understood why a particular fan type might be better in a particular design.

In this presentation we will discuss how experimental fan measurement is obtained and integrated into a CFD model. FloTHERM XTís rotating geometry feature will be demonstrated to accurately determine flow distribution in a system level model.
