Announcements Mentor Graphics will host Improving Thermal Interface Material (TIM) Thermal Testing Accuracy on 27th July 2016, 10am UK Time & 9am US Time PST.

This presentation is on testing of TIM (Thermal Interface Materials) for electronics cooling applications, with a focus on thermal conductivity coefficient measurement of TIM materials and challenges with typical ASTM D4570 test method implementation.
